Curry leaf is a common ingredient in the cuisine of south Asia. Especially indian and burmese cuisine.
The flavor is little bit bitter and velvety. In cambodian cuisine, the leaves are slightly roasted and added in a sour soup.
I use it with galangal, garlic, red chilli and coconut milk for a fish or chicken amok.

Commande reçue dans les temps et bien emballée :) J'ai été très vite contacter par le vendeur comme quoi les sachets en 30g sont épuisés mais qu'il a mis en 15g avec le poids total que j'ai demandé. Trop cool 😃 Je recommande vivement ce vendeur. Merci
